U.S. Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

TrafficSaviour provides cloaking services and tools for campaign management and IP-based traffic filtering. This policy covers website visitors, prospective customers, account holders, and people who contact support. Read it with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. California residents should also read our CCPA Privacy Notice.

2. Information covered by this policy

We collect your name and email address at signup. Our traffic logs store IP addresses, not device details. Other information depends on how you use the service:

• Campaign settings: URLs and traffic rules you configure to operate your campaigns. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in campaign URLs.
• Communications: messages and attachments you choose to send to support.
• Subscription information: information associated with your selected service and payments, where applicable.
• Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand website activity. The website also includes Google Tag Manager. Analytics can involve online identifiers and website usage information separately from our IP traffic logs.

Information comes from you, traffic passing through configured campaigns, and website interactions.

3. How information is used

Information is used in connection with providing accounts and subscriptions, processing service requests, operating campaign tools, reporting traffic activity, investigating invalid clicks and abuse, troubleshooting, and responding to support messages. Other purposes described in our general policy include understanding website use, improving the service, communicating about the service, and meeting applicable legal obligations. The information needed for one purpose may differ from the information needed for another.

4. Disclosures and external services

We use Hostinger for hosting and PayPal and Dodo Payments for payment processing. These providers receive information relevant to the services they perform. Payment providers may also process information under their own privacy notices and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Our general policy describes disclosures to providers that support hosting, payments, communications, data analysis, and related business operations. Relevant account information or campaign reports may also be visible to the customer or team members with access to the relevant account. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect rights and investigate abuse.

Links to partner websites take you to services operated by other organisations. Their privacy policies govern information you provide there; listing a partner does not mean that all account or campaign information is shared with that partner.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising choices

We do not use Meta Pixel. We use Google Analytics to understand website activity, and the website includes Google Tag Manager. These tools can involve cookies, online identifiers, and information about website activity. Google Tag Manager can load additional tags depending on its configuration. The website does not currently provide an Accept/Reject cookie consent banner. See our Cookie Policy for browser controls and related information.

Some state laws distinguish ordinary service-provider disclosures from sales of personal information or sharing for targeted advertising. To ask about disclosures associated with your information, or request an opt-out where applicable, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy opt-out". Browser cookie settings do not necessarily exercise every legal opt-out right. Global Privacy Control is a separate browser signal used to communicate an opt-out preference; do not assume that a general Do Not Track setting has the same effect.

6. Retention and security

We retain each IP traffic log for 30 calendar days from the date it is recorded, then delete it. Account information needed to provide the service is retained while the account is active. We delete that account information within 30 calendar days after account closure or receipt of a verified account-deletion request, whichever occurs first. A deletion request can also cover specified personal information without closing the account. These periods do not extend any shorter deadline required by applicable law. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing [email protected]. These periods describe our account data and IP logs; payment providers may retain their own transaction records under their policies and legal obligations. Applicable legal exceptions may require retention of specific records. Contact us about retention of other records or a particular deletion request.

Our general policy describes administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive documents in a privacy request.

7. Your state privacy rights

Depending on applicable state law, you may have rights to confirm processing, access information, receive a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, or opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling. Some laws also provide protections for sensitive information. Rights are subject to applicable exceptions and do not apply identically in every state.

Where an appeal right applies, you may ask us to reconsider a denied request by replying to the decision with "Privacy appeal" in the subject and explaining your concern. Applicable law may also allow a complaint to your state attorney general. You should not receive unlawful discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

8. How to make a request

Email [email protected], describe the right you want to exercise, and include your state of residence and the email associated with your account, if any. An account is not required to contact us about privacy. We may need proportionate information to locate relevant records, verify identity, or confirm an authorised agent's authority. Request handling and any permitted extensions depend on the applicable law.

If your request concerns a visit to another customer's campaign or website, identify that website and an approximate date. The customer may control the relevant processing and may need to handle the request directly.

9. Children and updates

TrafficSaviour is a business service for advertisers and teams. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact [email protected] so the matter can be investigated. Changes to this notice will be reflected in the revision date. A policy update does not remove rights granted by applicable law.
